What to write about
Privacy and your data
Ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to delete it, or correct a detail. A chart is tied to an email address, not to an account.
A correction to a chart or an article
Tell us the page and what looks wrong. If a birth time or a source is in dispute, say which one — we grade sources and mark the page.
Something broken on the site
A page that will not load, a chart that fails to generate, an unlock or payment that never arrived. Include the page address and, if you can, a screenshot.
Data requests
We store the birth date, time, place and gender you enter, plus the email address used to unlock a Timing Map or a reading. Nothing else.
- Access, deletion, correction or a copy — one email is enough, there is no form.
- Tell us the email address you used. That is how a chart is found.
- We reply from the same address, so check your spam folder if nothing arrives.
Before you write
How long does a reply take?
Usually within 3 working days. Access and deletion requests can take up to 30 days where local law allows it; we confirm receipt first.
Can I delete my chart and the data behind it?
Yes. Write from the email address that holds the chart and we remove the stored inputs and the reading. Unlock links stop working afterwards.
Do you keep my birth details after I close the page?
Only if you unlock something or write to us, because both need a way to reach you. Generating a free chart on its own stores nothing on our side.
I think a reading is wrong. Will you change it?
Tell us the page and the claim. Where a rule or a source is wrong we fix the page and note the change. We will not edit a reading to match a preferred outcome.
An AI named Ziheng, with a human frame
Ziheng is an AI reader. Chart structure (pillars, Day Master, elements, solar time) is calculated by rules. Readings, Timing Map themes, and Ask Chart replies may be generated or assisted by AI, then framed for entertainment and self-reflection — not professional advice. We do not name underlying model vendors in the product UI. See Privacy and the Disclaimer for the same disclosure.
