Birth data — not stored for free charts

When you generate a free chart, your birth date, time, and location are sent to our servers only to compute your Four Pillars result in that session. We do not write those inputs to a database or retain them after the request completes. If you unlock paid features or log in, we may store your email and entitlement records separately — never your full birth profile for marketing. If you opt in to “email me today’s note,” we store only your email, a chart reference hash, and Day Master stem — not your full birth date or time.

Data we collect

• Birth date and time
• Birth location (timezone + coordinates from search or quick-pick)
• Gender selection (used for chart metadata only)
• Email address when you unlock paid features or log in
• Email, chart reference, and Day Master stem if you opt in to today’s note (no full birth datetime)
• Anonymous analytics events (page views, funnel steps)

Retention

Chart inputs are processed to generate your session result. Unlock records and login sessions are stored for up to 90 days. Ask Chart conversations and quota records are stored for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted. Server logs may retain request metadata for up to 30 days for reliability and abuse prevention.

Deletion requests

To request deletion of any stored data, email privacy@gptbazi.com with the subject line "GPTbazi data deletion".

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Payment processing is handled by Gumroad. We use Google Analytics, and may use Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads pixels for conversion measurement when configured. Server-side conversion events use your checkout ID for deduplication — not card details.

Cookies

We use cookies for locale preference (bazi-locale) and your last selected plan (last_selected_tier). Analytics and advertising cookies are described below.

Payment processing

Gumroad processes payments as Merchant of Record. Payment data (card details) is handled by Gumroad, not stored on GPTbazi servers.

AI-generated content

Readings, Timing Map themes, and Ask Chart replies may be generated or assisted by AI when configured. AI output is for entertainment and self-reflection only. We do not disclose underlying model vendors in the product UI.

Children

GPTbazi is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your rights

Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing privacy@gptbazi.com.
