Birth data — processed for a chart, not kept as a full profile

When you generate a free chart, your birth date, time, location, and gender are sent to our servers to calculate it; the chart endpoint does not save those raw inputs as a birth profile. If you request an AI reading or Ask Chart reply, the chart details needed for that response are sent to our configured AI provider. We cache an AI reading with a chart-derived reference for up to 365 days. If you opt in to today’s note, we keep your email, chart reference, and Day Master details for up to 365 days. Paid sale records may include your email, order or license details, and chart reference for up to 180 days. We do not use birth data for marketing.

Data we collect

• Birth date, time, location, and gender, processed to calculate your chart
• Chart details sent to our configured AI provider when you request an AI response
• AI-generated reading and a chart-derived reference used for caching
• Email and entitlement details when you unlock paid features or log in
• Email, chart reference, and Day Master details if you opt in to today’s note
• Anonymous analytics events (page views, funnel steps)

Retention

Raw birth inputs are processed to calculate a chart and are not saved by the chart endpoint as a full birth profile. AI reading caches and optional today’s-note records are kept for up to 365 days. Paid sale records are kept for up to 180 days. Entitlement records, login sessions, Ask Chart conversations, and quota records are kept for up to 90 days. Server request metadata may be kept for up to 30 days for reliability and abuse prevention.

Deletion requests

To request deletion of any stored data, email privacy@gptbazi.com with the subject line "GPTbazi data deletion".

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. When you request an AI reading or Ask Chart reply, the chart details needed to generate it are sent to our configured AI provider. Gumroad handles payments. We use Google Analytics and serve display advertising with Google AdSense (anchor format only), and may use Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads pixels for conversion measurement when configured. Server-side conversion events use your checkout ID for deduplication — not card details.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for locale preference (bazi-locale), your last selected plan (last_selected_tier), your sign-in session (gptbazi_session), and paid-content access. Analytics and advertising storage are described below, and both switch on only after you accept. The full list sits on our cookies page.

Payment processing

Gumroad processes payments as Merchant of Record. Payment data (card details) is handled by Gumroad, not stored on GPTbazi servers.

AI-generated content

Readings, Timing Map themes, and Ask Chart replies may be generated or assisted by AI when configured. Chart details needed for an AI response are sent to the configured AI provider. AI output is for entertainment and self-reflection only.

Children

GPTbazi is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your rights

Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by emailing privacy@gptbazi.com.
